How do I pay?

You can pay via BACS, cash or cheque, as well as credit/debit card with participating franchises.*

Do I need to be at home for your visit?

No, we can carry out your lawn service while you’re away, as long as we have access to all grassy areas. When the treatment is complete, we’ll put an invoice through your letterbox and payment will be due within 14 days.

Am I tied into a contract?

Absolutely not! However, we’re certain that you’ll be so delighted with our lawn care that you’ll continue the programme because you want to, not because a contract says you have to.

What makes your lawn care so effective?

Many years of experience have given us unparalleled knowledge of lawn maintenance, meaning we know exactly when and how much of our unique formulas to apply to each individual lawn.

How soon should I see a difference to my lawn?

Our lawn treatment services can transform your lawn in as little as ten days, although this does depend on weather conditions.

Should I cut the lawn before your visit?

For best results, we advise that you avoid cutting the lawn for 48 hours either side of a treatment.

I already have a gardener – can’t he treat the lawn?

LawnHopper treatments are extremely specialised; all of our operatives are fully licensed by the National Proficiency Tests Council, meaning we can deliver safe, accurate results beyond the expertise of a gardener.

Is professional lawn care expensive?

No, in fact our services are more cost-effective than going it alone! As most of our products are made especially for LawnHopper, we command huge discounts on our lawn care products. We pass these savings on directly to our customers, to ensure you receive superb value for money.

When is the best time to start the LawnHopper treatment programme?

You can start our programme at any time of year – our treatment will be tailored to the season and your individual lawn.

How do I maintain my lawn care routine?

To keep your lawn looking vibrant and healthy, cut the grass weekly on a high setting to ensure you don’t go too short. Taking little and often is far more beneficial for growth than cutting all in one go.

In the summer months, water regularly early in the morning or late in the evening; watering your lawn in the hot sun leaves your lawn vulnerable to burning. We can advise on lawn water conservation should this be an issue.

Are your products safe around pets?

We’re immensely proud of our safe, specialist lawn care products. However, we recommend that you and your pets keep off the lawn immediately after the treatment, leaving it to dry for approximately 1-2 hours.

How will I know when you’re visiting next?

Your next treatment date is always printed on the invoice, so that you can plan ahead for your lawn service, or rearrange if you need to.
