LawnHopper shall not be liable for any failure by our customers to follow our recommended:-
- Full treatment plan of 4 treatments plus 2 machine works annually;
- Mowing and watering advice.
You acknowledge that the lawn will be affected by:-
- What it was originally laid on top of, and/or the quality of the turf;
- Natural conditions such as extreme weather, transfer of weed grasses, chafer grubs and lawn diseases.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in respect of the failure of the Services we provide to meet any express or implied warranties shall be limited to the amount received from you for the Services in the past twelve calendar months.
